About Us

Welcome to Hueneme High School, Home of the Vikings!

Hueneme High School was established in 1959 and is part of the Oxnard Union High School District (OUHSD). Located in Oxnard, California, near Port Hueneme, we are proud to offer a wide range of academic and athletics programs, along with numerous extracurricular activities. Students can take advanced placement (AP) classes, enroll in Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways, attend community college via our dual enrollment program with the Ventura County Community College District (VCCCD), play sports, participate in clubs and organizations, and join student groups such as Marching Band, Robotics, and NJROTC.
