Welcome Incoming Freshmen Vikings!

We are excited to bring you aboard the Viking ship! Read this page, as it contains all the information and links you need to make sure you are ready for high school! 

Course Request & Summer School Registration Form for the Class of 2025

For this portion of the registration process, incoming Vikings will request their PE and elective classes. Please watch the video to learn about Hueneme High School and get instructions on how to fill out our online course request form (the button below the video). 

Enroll in the OUHSD With Online Enrollment (OLE)

Parents and guardians must enroll their future Vikings into the Oxnard Union High School District (OUHSD) through our district’s Online Enrollment (OLE) system. We encourage you to read through the “9th Grade Enrollment Flowchart” and watch the “Step-by-Step” videos prior to beginning the process. Make sure you are prepared for enrollment by having the following documents before you begin:

  • Parent Email
  • Student Birth Certificate
  • Student Immunizations
  • Proof of Residency Verification: utility bill; Gas, Electricity, Mortgage Bill, Rental Agreement, W2

If you are unable to upload the documents, you may drop them off at Hueneme High School’s Main Office. 

Once you finish the enrollment process, you will receive an email confirmation of completion.  

Need In-Person OLE Help?

Join us at Hueneme High School any evening on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, March 2 – March 4, 2021 from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM! We will have staff on-site to help you with the OLE process in a safe, socially distant way! Remember to bring:

  • A Face Mask
  • Parent Email
  • Student Birth Certificate
  • Student Immunization Record
  • Proof of Residency Verification: utility bill; Gas, Electricity, Mortgage Bill, Rental Agreement, W2

Freshman Support Program

The Freshman Support Program is unique to Hueneme High School and provides our freshmen with extra academic and social/emotional support, as well as freshmen specific activities and events.
